Great post I learned a lot. I've tried a couple of times to read poker strategy online but always end up giving up.

I wanted to share my main strategy since its simple and wins me most of my chips.

If you've got a nut flush or something similar after the flop and your dealer or are early in betting cue.

Check the flop, and call any raises.

On the turn check and when you get a raise.

1. look disturbed. 2. glance at the cards. 3. look at your cards. 4. look at him. 5. act as if your in deep thought. 6. then call.

On the river.

Check as fast as possible and wait for the raise.

Repeat some of the steps above and then go all in (nervously of course).

It works even better online, all you have to do is wait for a while to call.

An excellent write up on texas holdem. You are 100 per cent correct about websites offering poker strategy. Even finding the meat of the subject is sometimes difficult.

To think, I found your site quite by accident but will be a regular reader from here on out.

If you ever decide to do any tutoring, let me know.

Again, great job.

Used to play a lot. But the school isn't around anymore :(
